How to put in Maintenance or IT Help Tickets

 

NOTE:  The Maintenance ticket system has changed starting on 3/31/2020.  See below for details. 

How to put in a ticket

1.    Just email

MaintHelp@mcclureoilcorp.com (for Maintenance tickets)
IThelp@mcclureoilcorp.com (for IT tickets)

2.    CC any parties who need updates

3.    Subject of Email
This is the ticket name so be concise
but descriptive

4.    Body of Email
Detailed description of the issue
including error messages, frequency,
screen shots, etc..

 

What happens

·       It creates a ticket for Maintenance or IT

·       User and CCs will be updated via email when any of the following happens:

o   The ticket has been created

o   The ticket has been assigned

o   A question or comment has been posted by
any included party

o   The ticket has been closed or cancelled

 

 

How to respond to an open ticket

·       Simply reply to any of the ticket emails
(No need to reply-to-all)
